The reception, banquet and awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009, at the ConocoPhillips Alumni Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University, located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in conjunction with the AIA Oklahoma Annual Convention.

The jury is comprised of three respected architects, all of whom have extensive experience in the jury process.

The method of selection and number of awards presented shall be at the discretion of the 2009 AIA Oklahoma Awards of Excellence Jury.

PRESENTATION BY HONOR AWARD RECIPIENTS ON NOVEMBER 6TH
This year, winners who are selected to receive Honor Awards will be asked to make a brief 10 minute presentation on Friday, November 6, during the AIA Oklahoma Annual Convention. Honor Award recipients will not receive prior notification and will learn of their selection during the awards ceremony, along with the other recipients. The November 6th convention presentation provides an opportunity for the recipient to provide more information regarding the project chosen for the Honor Award, including how design and conceptual decisions were made and other information of interest regarding the project development and construction.
